Business Development Manager (Food Products)
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic initiatives.
Qualification Required: BBA or Masters (MBA)
Experience Required: 4-5 Years experience. At least 1-2 Years in similar capacity Preference will be given to the Candidates with experience in the food industry.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and implement growth strategies and plans.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
- Prepare and present business proposals and pitches.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Track and report on business development performance and metrics.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
