OFFICER – SALES OPERATIONS

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support to the sales team. Prepare and manage sales reports, dashboards, and data analysis. Coordinate with clients for order follow-ups, documentation, and issue resolution. Liaise with logistics, finance, and customer service teams for smooth execution of sales orders. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or ERP. Assist in preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation. Follow up on pending payments and documentation from Sales Team, if required. Handle internal coordination for stock availability, order processing, and delivery timelines. Support the team during promotional campaigns, new product launches, and events.

SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary: 55,000 – 60,000 (Based on experience & skill set) Medical Insurance, Leave Encashment, Gratuity, Performance Incentive

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: BBA/B.COM/BA 2-3 years of experience in sales support & Coordination role (FMCG, Consumer or distribution industry experience preferred)
