Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years of relevant experience of Agrochemical industry.
- Strong Knowledge of warehouse operations and inter-warehouse logistics
- Proficiency in generating reports through SAP and MS Excel
- Ability to analyze batch and stock transaction data with precision
Job Description: Senior Accounts Officer is responsible for but not limited to:
- Prepare daily reports including National Stock Report (Company-wise), Closing Stock Report, Inventory Aging Report (product-wise), and Daily Dispatches Report (customer-wise, company-wise).
- Compile monthly Near Expiry & Expired Stock Reports and seasonal Seed Stock Reports based on sales register (dispatch, pending, availability).
- Facilitate daily inventory transfers between warehouses by coordinating with the sales team and WH In-charge through email.
- Generate Batch Number Transaction Reports as required, including FRP checks, Expiry, Batch Lock/Unlock, and product-wise ledger in SAP.
- Support production seed process by creating Bill of Materials, Production Orders, Goods Issuance, and Goods Receipt Notes in SAP for relevant segments.
- Coordinate with warehouse and zonal accounting teams to verify imprest and collect transporter expense details; assist in resolving MIS queries under supervision.
