Planning Executive Knitting (Home Textile)

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage monthly and weekly knitting plans based on order priorities, machine availability, and yarn inventory.
Coordinate with the knitting, yarn issuance, and greige warehouse teams to ensure seamless material flow and uninterrupted production.
Track knitting progress, proactively adjust schedules, and resolve bottlenecks to meet production goals.
Maintain and update the knitting capacity database, including machine efficiency and downtime records.
Collaborate closely with merchandising and sourcing teams to align production planning with customer delivery timelines.
Prepare and share reports on knitting production status, WIP (Work in Progress), and projected output.

Education: Graduation preferred

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in production planning, preferably in knitting or related coordination roles.

Skills:

Proficient in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, and data visualization.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, or textile-specific platforms preferred).
Strong analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
