EXPERIENCE
- Management & Front Office: 2-5 years in hospitality.
- Kitchen & F&B: 1-3 years in hotel/restaurant setup.
- Housekeeping & Support Staff: Relevant experience preferred.
- Electrician: Minimum 2 years with technical certification.

Position : Chief Engineer
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Oversee property structure, electrical, and mechanical system troubleshooting and repairs.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and regular inspections to ensure safety and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with fire and safety standards across all properties.
- Manage maintenance logs, reporting, and prioritize work orders effectively.
- Conduct technical audits of the properties and follow up on identified areas for improvement.
- Support budgeting, control expenses, and assess staff performance and development.
QUALIFICATION University Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
EXPERIENCE Demonstrates functional expertise preferably in Hotel for a minimum of 5 to 7 years of working on HVAC, chillers, Boilers and gensets.
