Education: BBA/BPA MBA/MPA HRM (Any HR certification is a plus)
Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a responsible role.
Location: Lahore
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within the retail or consumer goods sectors, with proven expertise in workforce planning, employee engagement, talent development, and compliance. This role will assist and provide support to the company’s growth, operational efficiency, and to exceptional employee performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage performance management and employee evaluation systems.
- Organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Develop learning and development programs to support employee growth and career progression.
- Recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, policies, and best HR practices.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary
procedures. - Use the HRIS data and metrics to assist the CEO and improve HR effectiveness.
- Lead change management initiatives and support business transformations.
