Position : Export Operations & Logistic Executive (Location – Raiwind)
Description
- Coordinate and manage international shipments from order receipt to final delivery
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and other required documents.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and track shipments, proactively address delays or issues, and keep stakeholders informed
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and country-specific export/import laws.
- Handle export-related licensing, insurance, and customs declarations.
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Optimize shipping methods and routes to minimize costs and delivery times.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, production, etc.) to ensure proper scheduling and documentation.
- Assist in resolving issues related to logistics, claims, or delays.
Key Requirements Qualification: Bachelors Degree 3+ years in the relevant field Proficiency in using SAP is preferred
