Team Lead (Design) CREATIVE GRAPHICS HUM TV DEPARTMENT
QUALIFICATION Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE 10+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the design team, ensuring productivity and motivation.
- Assign tasks and manage workloads based on project priorities.
- Provide creative direction to maintain visual consistency and brand identity.
- Coordinate with other departments like Programming, Marketing, Digital and Production teams.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery of all design assets.
- Stay updated on design trends and emerging tools, including Artificial Intelligence, to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Key Competencies:
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator
- Experienced with Adobe Lightroom
- Knowledgeable in AI tools
- Familiar with Midjourney and related AI-based design platforms
