Medical Advisor
Key Accountabilities
- Actively drive medical / clinical strategy for HPL products
- Develop and implement Key Opinion Leader (KOL) strategies required to position the product and the company as a scientific leader in respective therapeutic area
- Manage advocacy groups and medical societies aligned with brand strategy
- Facilitate proactive medical information to external & internal customers
- Focus on training and development of commercial teams
- Strengthening collaboration with marketing team
- Lead implementation of the medical plan & publication plan, including gap analysis
- Strengthen collaboration with clinical operations for conceptualization, planning and execution of clinical trial projects
- Manage budget within allocated resources of the cost center.
- Lead and develop medical science liaisons to ensure effective scientific communication to health care providers
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- MBBS; any additional medical qualification preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in relevant field.
- Strong communication, analytical & interpersonal skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office.
