We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Sugar Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh
Chief Chemist, Pan
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervise operational of vacuum pans, control, parameters like temperature vacuum, pressure, brix and purities of massecuite to maintain optimum seeding, graining and boiling.
- Ensure sugar quality meets industry standard and customer specification.
- Process adjustment to increase efficiency, to reduce steam, water and energy consumption at pan station.
- To reduce losses at pan (molasses purity, entrainment, leakages, fermentation etc).
- Monitor condition of pan and associated equipment and co-ordinate maintenance staff for timely repair.
- Reduce operational cost by minimizing centrifugal screen and chemical consumption at pan.
Candidate must have a Matric/DAE/Bachelor’s degree with minimum 12-15 years of related experience in the Sugar Industry.
