WE’RE HIRING Unit Head – TMO Market Liquidity
Academic Qualification: • Graduate with minimum 14 years education from HEC recognized institute.
Experience: • At least 8 years working experience with in a bank.
Main Responsibilities: • Responsible to prepare and update Policies and SOPs related with TMO, Market, Liquidity and Country Risks. • Responsible for monitoring Investment performance, reviewing and revising investment plans, based on modified needs and changes in market. • Responsible for prepare risk appetite limits and models for assessment of Market, Liquidity & country risks. • Responsible to supervise monitoring mechanism of regulatory and internal limits and its breaches. • Responsible for reporting of liquidity and market risks profile of the bank in quarterly risk review to CRO/ ALCO /Board Risk committee. • Supervise Preparation of CAR, LCR & NSFR reports and Capital Management Plan for market risk.
Core Competencies: • Strong knowledge and understanding of SBP Prudential Regulations, Tax Rules. • Risk Management Guidelines, BASEL II & III and other SBP’s guidelines. • Superior analytical and modeling skills & good at risk management and problem solving. • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence outcomes. • Understanding and knowledge of Islamic Banking and its products.
