Engro Powergen Thar (EPTL) is looking for a qualified and experienced Deputy Manager – Mechanical Maintenance to join its team at the Thar Site.
If you hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience as a maintenance engineer in a Power Plant, Fertilizer, or Petrochemical Plant, this opportunity could be for you.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring HSE compliance, leading preventive maintenance of boiler and water treatment systems, coordinating with contractors and OEMs, and overseeing condition monitoring of critical equipment. You will also conduct root cause analyses, manage shutdown activities, and handle maintenance planning and reporting through SAP.
