We are looking for a “𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 / 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 – 𝐔𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝”
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :·
· Oversee the entire design process, ensuring timely delivery.
· Lead trend forecasting, market research, and customer insights to drive innovative designs.
· Collaborate with merchandising, production, and marketing teams.
· Develop design strategies reflecting fashion trends, customer preferences, and brand aesthetics.
· Ensure quality control from sampling to product approval.
· Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams for timely product launches.
· Create mood boards, color boards, theme boards, and fabric boards.
· Lead the design process using sketching, khaka making, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
· Supervise sampling processes (print, embroidery, fabric quality).
· Oversee tech pack development and ensure design efficiency.
· Regularly review sales reports to adapt design strategies.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
· Strong design skills in the unstitched category.
· Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and tech pack creation.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion/Textile Design; Master’s preferred.
Knowledge of trend forecasting platforms like WGSN.
