WE’RE HIRINGSENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER DEMAND PLANNING & TNA
Responsibilities:
- Oversee production planning and monitor the execution of TNA to ensure on-time delivery.
- Production planning according to capacity and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.
- Identify and implement improvements to demand planning processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on market trends, historical data and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain / inventory management and integrate relevant data into demand planning processes.
- Distribute finished fabric TNA plan to yarn procurement team, knitting and dyeing dept. to proceed knitting and dyeing as per required TNA plan.
- Follow up sampling, pre-production activities, cutting, sewing, washing and finishing according to plan.
Education:
- Must be a Textile Graduate
Experience:
- With 3 – 5 years of proven experience in demand planning, production scheduling and TNA management within textile industry.
Skills:
- Should have strong grip in ERP / Oracle and Advance Excel including dashboards.
