Job Opportunities: Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University (SBKWU), established in 2004, aims to promote women’s education and empowerment in Balochistan. The university seeks dynamic individuals for the following job openings on a 3-year contract basis (Tenure Based as per Act 2022):

Positions Available

Registrar (BPS-20)

1. Gender: Male/Female
2. Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
3. Eligibility Criteria:
   • Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
   • 12 years of administrative or teaching experience in posts equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University, Board, Government Department, or Autonomous Organization.
   • Preference for candidates with:
     • Higher academic qualifications.
     • Administrative experience of at least two years in BPS-19 posts.
     • Proficiency in computer skills.
     • Female candidates fulfilling these conditions are encouraged to apply.

Treasurer (BPS-20)

1. Gender: Male/Female
2. Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
3. Eligibility Criteria:
   • MBA (Finance), M.Com, or Master’s in Economics from a recognized university.
   • 12 years of accounts administration experience in posts equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University, Board, Government Department, or Autonomous Organization.
   • Preference for candidates with:
     • Higher academic qualifications.
     • Accounts experience in BPS-19 posts for at least two years.
     • Command over accounts-related software.

Controller of Examination (BPS-20)

1. Gender: Male/Female
2. Age Limit: Maximum 55 years
3. Eligibility Criteria:
   • MA/M.Sc. or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
   • 12 years of administrative experience in posts equivalent to BPS-17 and above in a University, Board, or Government Organization.
   • At least 5 years of experience handling examination affairs in a reputable institution.
   • Preference for candidates with:
     • Higher academic qualifications.
     • Relevant experience in BPS-19 posts for at least five years.
     • Proficiency in computer skills, especially security software.
     • Female candidates fulfilling these conditions are encouraged to apply.

Terms & Conditions

1. Interested candidates can obtain the Application Form from the university’s website: www.sbkwu.edu.pk/jobs.
2. Applicants must attach the following documents with their application form:
   • CV
   • Attested copies of educational degrees
   • Detailed mark sheets
   • Certificates
   • NOC (for candidates in Government service)
   • Three passport-size photographs
   • CNIC
   • Local/domicile certificate
3. Verified certificates of all educational documents must be attached. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
4. Experience certificates must be included; otherwise, the application will not be considered.
5. Applicants already in service should apply through proper channels with a NOC issued by their parent department by the due date.
6. Incomplete applications or those received after the due date will not be considered.
7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, to be held at SBK Women’s University, Quetta. No TA/DA will be admissible.
8. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
9. The application processing fee is Rs. 4,000 (non-refundable).
   • Fee must be deposited via challan in the National Bank of Pakistan (BMC Branch, Quetta) or via bank draft in favor of the Treasurer, SBK Women’s University, Quetta.
10. Applications must reach the HR Department SBKWU, Quetta, by 17 December 2024.
11. The university reserves the right to cancel any or all positions without providing reasons.
