This position will be based at Lahore Office. Following is a brief JD:
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through project-based sales, focusing on both private and government sectors.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities within the Construction & Architectural Industry, building a robust sales pipeline.
Develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
Present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, focusing on project acquisition and management.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and project progress.
Provide input to the senior management team for strategic decision-making and product development.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business from a reputable university.
3-5 years of experience in Project Sales or related roles.
