Itel Pakitan Jobs Sales Operation Assistant:
Itel Pakitan is looking to hire a Sales Operation Assistant in Karachi
Responsibility:
- Responsible to complete orders documentation invoicing etc.
- Responsible for sales contract management.
- Monitor order shipment progress and report if any issues.
- Receive and process invoices and purchase orders as per the sales team request.
- Orders tracking and make sure orders are delivered on time.
- Make report and analysis on weekly basis and share with manager.
- Complied all data of customer and orders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or any related field.
- Proven working experience in sales operation process.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete on a timely basis.
- Administrative support experience is a plus especially for the sales team.
- Experience in a wholesale or retail industry would be an advantage.
