Lucky Core Industries is hiring an HSE Officer for its Chemicals & Agri Sciences Business based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement all local and national legislation (Factories Act, EPA, Boiler Law, etc.).
- Monitor and enhance ground-level operations in accordance with globally recognised systems (NFPA codes, work at height standards).
- Conduct and oversee risk assessments, root cause analysis, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies.
- Perform data analysis, statistical reporting, and incident investigations/reporting.
- Provide both classroom and hands-on training in fire-fighting and first aid.
- Conduct technical safety inspections of process elements (plant machinery and equipment).
- Deliver safety talks and minor training modules.
- Audit all segments against key elements such as management of change, permit-to-work system, LOTOTO, housekeeping, and BBS.
