Key Responsibilities-
• Process refunds reconciliation with vendors
• Generate credit note after reconciliation
• Reconciliation of fortnight sales report
• Generate parallel airline ticket invoices in MIS
• Address airline concerns regarding errors, cancellation waivers, and refund-related issues.
• Create proforma invoices for corporate groups and travelers
• Tracking overdue invoices and following up with sales agents
