Position: SITE SUPERVISOR/SITE ENGINEER (FINISHING)

Qualification/Experience: –

DAE/B-Tech/B. E (Civil Engineering).
10 Year Plus. (Specially in Farm House/Housing Finishing works).
Duration 1 year Contract (Extendable).
Salary Package 100K to 150K (other benefits as per Company Policy).
Hands on experience with MS Excel, Power point, Autocad and primavera/ MS projects
Responsibilities:
Supervise the finishing work on construction sites, ensuring that work is completed on
time and to a high standard.
Coordinate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure that all finishing work is
completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage a team of finishing workers, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure
that work is completed to the required standard.
Ensure that all finishing work is carried out in accordance with health and safety
regulations, and that all workers are trained and equipped to work safely.
Keep accurate records of all finishing work, including materials used, work completed,
and any issues or delays encountered.
Monitor quality control measures to ensure that all finishing work meets the required
standards, and take corrective action as needed.
Communicate effectively with clients, answering any questions they may have and
keeping them informed of progress on the project.
Identify areas for improvement in the finishing process, and work with management to
implement changes that will improve
