Grade: Deputy Manager / Manager
Department: IT Operations & Infrastructure – Shared Services Department
Qualification: BS/MS Computer Science / Information Systems / Computer/Telecom/Electrical Engineering with Valid industry’s certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIS or JNCIE)
Location: Karachi
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Reports to: Senior Manager – IT Operations & Infrastructure
Job Description:
- Assist in planning and budgeting for Network & infrastructure.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Responsible for primary support of network operations and end-to-end services.
- Responsible for identifying Network problems, coordinating with vendors and resolve issues.
- Maintain smooth functionality of 1LINK’s network.
- Manage the Data center and ensuring network operations to be available at maximum level.
- Ensure smooth operations & availability of mission critical services related to Data centers.
- Administer Access Control, Network Management System at Primary and Secondary sites.
- Engage with vendors for testing environment / infrastructure.

Function: Controlling – Operations Department
Qualification: Graduate / Master from HEC Recognized University
Experience: 2 to 4 years of payment industry /
centralized retail banking operations / Compliance / Internal Control Location: Karachi
Job Description:
- Enforcement of all operating guidelines, procedures
& policies via issuing mandated memorandum to industry and review on follow
up non-compliance. - Develop mechanism, implement and review of all
classification of non-compliance breaches. - Review members breaches on periodic basis and
follow up for compliance submission. - Highlight non-compliance with members and prepare reports
for management. - Processes & system controls enablement within
Operations Department to ensure Operational Risk, close coordination with RMD. - Preparation of Operating Guidelines of switching
& scheme products.
Job Requirements:
- Should have understanding and command on payment
scheme operation / centralized retail banking operations, controls and data
analysis. - Interpersonal, effective communication skills and team
player with effective follow up skills
