General Manager Sales & Operations – Resort & Country Club
Position Brief:
The General Manager (GM) is required to be a strong leader and team builder who has excellent business judgment and critical thinking skills with the aptitude and ability to drive a successful
hospitality and resort operation at a very high level of service and performance. Develop and implement operational, marketing and business plans and strategies. Ensure execution of business plan and membership sales strategies.
This is a role for a strong service-orientated and visionary leader, who will focus on driving a sustainable guest service experience, foster innovation, while simultaneously inspiring, coaching, and building high-performing teams.
Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years at same level of applicable functional, supervisory and management experience with renowned Resorts & Country Club.
- Hands on experience of Membership sales and applicable strategies.
- Demonstrated experience and capability in the areas of budget development, financial management, strategic planning and staff management.
