YKK Pakistan Private Limited is seeking a qualified and dedicated Sales Administration and Data Analyst for our factory located in the Karachi Export Processing Zone, Landhi, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and compile data from primary and secondary sources using statistical tools.
- Cleanse, organize, and resolve errors in datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data is formatted for easy interpretation.
- Analyze data quality and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making.
- Use statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and forecasts for business insights.
- Quantify key business metrics to evaluate and compare performance over time.
- Monitor import/export trends at local, national, and global levels to assess industry impacts.
- Create detailed management reports highlighting trends, patterns, and data-driven predictions.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to explore process improvement opportunities and track competitor activities.
- Prepare comprehensive analysis reports for stakeholders to enable informed decision-making.
- Identify surplus or underutilized inventory and recommend disposal strategies.
- Follow up with Sales and Operations teams to manage long-pending orders.
- Ensure compliance with credit management policies through regular coordination with the Sales team.
- Effectively manage free stock orders.
- Coordinate with Sales Operations teams for efficient EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation) management.
- Develop and manage sales plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Studies from an HEC recognized University/Institute.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
