Yamaha Motor Pakistan assembles, manufactures, markets, distributes, sells and services Yamaha brand motorcycles and their parts & accessories with a distribution network spanning more than 150 cities since 2015.
We are looking for a young and energetic candidate for the following position based in Rawalpindi.
Position:
- Executive (Customer Service)
Qualification:
- DAE / B Tech (Mechanical / Automobile)
Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assuring customer’s satisfaction by resolving their concerns and complaints within set policy.
- Communicate with the technical department for market feedback.
- Streamlining and smooth operations of warranty and providing training support to dealers for improvement.
- Establishing strong liaison with dealers and actions for smooth operations.
- Make Sure parts and lube availability within the territory.
- Achieving KPIs in terms of Yamalube & Parts sales, network, activities as defined in MBO.
- Define grey areas and make action to improve to achieve set goal.
Salary Range:
Depend on capability (market competitive)

Rawalpindi
