We are hiring HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing Human Resources policies and processes.
- Support strategic objectives.
- Developing and implementing compensation & benefits plans.
- Managing employee relations (grievances, separations, terminations, dismissals).
- Managing HR Systems (ERP).
Minimum Qualification and Skill Requirements:
- Masters in HR
- Minimum 5 Years of HR Experience in Courier & Logistics Industry.
- Good IT and HR software knowledge.
- HR Certifications are an additional advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive, Confident and Determined approach.
- The capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
