We are currently looking for a Technical Recruiter to source tech talent. A few skills we are looking for in an individual is Grit (Passion and Perseverance).
Key Responsibilities
Work as part of the Recruitment/TA team to identify new talent
Update, review and analyze resumes as per our requirements
Screen potential candidates; arranging interviews, organizing online testing, advertising
Experience And Skill Set:
- 2+ years’ recruiting experience in an IT/Software company
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in IT technical recruitment
- Experience of using LinkedIn sifting / qualifying applicants as well as approaching passive candidates
- Ability to work on multiple openings
- Knowledge & experience of applicant tracking software programs
- Familiarity with online job boards / websites
- Experience of working in an in-house recruitment team
- Effective negotiating skills would be beneficial
Education And Qualifications :Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
