Position: Contracts Specialist

The role is to review, analyze & manage contracts for the team of Procurement & Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will be monitoring contractual compliance of all strategic suppliers. Also a great opportunity for hands-on experience negotiating strategic deals.

LOCATION: LAHORE

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Qualification

• MBA/Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, procurement & supply chain.
• 3-6 years of working experience with contract management.
• Telecom sector experience will be preferred

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contract Negotiations with vendors based on input from different stakeholders
• Administrative support throughout the contract life cycle (i.e. contract drafting to post-execution)
• Maintain correspondence and documentation related to contracts
• Monitor contractual performance and timely reporting of any missing deliverables/timelines
• Assess and review LD clauses in contracts to minimize operational risk
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely execution of deliverables in a contract
• Problem-solving contract related issues
• Work with the legal department to develop and manage the central contract management repository system/tool while also maintaining the record of legacy contracts
• Prepare contract summary report for management approval
• Assist in the contract drafting process
