Field Coordinator
- Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for supervising all technical and operational activities at the field site, including managing and training assigned staff. S/he will oversee logistics and team transportation and provide supportive supervision in line with EPI guidelines. The role also involves liaising with key stakeholders at UC, Town, District, and Provincial levels to ensure effective project implementation.
- Qualification: Preferably a Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Vaccinator
- Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for administering vaccines safely, educating caregivers, monitoring for adverse reactions, and maintaining accurate immunization records. She will ensure the implementation of EPI SOPs in coordination with Town and District teams. The incumbent will also track and report monthly coverage and categorization to the line manager and follow vaccinators.
- Qualification: Matriculation with a one-year Vaccinator Certificate.
- Experience: At least a year of experience as a vaccinator.
