Position: Finance Officer | Finance Executive | Senior Finance Executive
Location: Lahore.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Education:
- 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration or MBA Finance will be preferred.
Experience Level:
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounts, depending on the position and level.
Salary: Market Competitive + Perks + VPS
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, receipts, payments, and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and verify financial documents, vouchers, invoices, credit/debit notes, and ensure accuracy of accounting records.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations, maintain aging reports, and follow up on outstanding receivables/payables.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and regulatory requirements, including Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, PRA/SRB, and FBR reporting.
- Prepare periodic financial, receivables/payables, collection, and reconciliation reports and support month-end and year-end closing.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, banks, tax authorities, and auditors, while maintaining proper documentation and confidentiality of financial records.
