Vital Pakistan Trust is looking for Clinic Supervisor. The incumbent needs to do 60% clinic administration & 40% field activities supervision.
The key responsibilities are:
- To ensure administrative operations run efficiently in a clinic.
- Works to create efficient systems and workflows within the clinic
- Perform administrative and official duties.
- Monitor and develop plans of action and emergency plans during crisis situations.
- To manage all logistics and human resource requirements within the clinic.
- Work in collaboration with all the staff, members, visitors and patients.
- Supervise the staff and operational activities of assigned clinics.
- Collaborate with medical and non-medical staff.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders to build trust, community engagement
- Any other task assigned by the line manager.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in social sciences but master degree would be preferred
- 3 years of working experience in development sector or managed clinics
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
- Good basic knowledge of Antenatal care and MNCH
