VITAL Pakistan Trust invites applications for multiple positions.
Data Collector
- Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for conducting field visits to follow up on immunization, ANC, family planning, and other maternal and child health services. The role will involve collecting and maintaining accurate health records, mobilizing and referring PLWs/CBS for tetanus vaccination, and ensuring timely follow-up. The incumbent will engage with communities and local stakeholders to promote awareness of breastfeeding, vaccination, hygiene, post-natal care, nutrition, and other healthy behaviors.
- Qualification: Preferably a Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant work experience with a deep understanding of community dynamics, local customs, and cultural sensitivity.
Vaccinator
- Responsibilities: The incumbent will be responsible for performing outreach activities in the assigned catchment area, administering vaccines safely, educating caregivers, monitoring for adverse reactions, and maintaining accurate immunization records. S/he will ensure the implementation of EPI SOPs in coordination with Town and District teams. The incumbent will also track and report monthly coverage and categorization to the line manager and fellow vaccinators.
- Qualification: Matriculation with one-year of vaccinator certificate.
- Experience: At least a year of experience as a vaccinator.
