Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of the company’s e commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and products visibility.
- Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images).
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with the marketing team across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Monitor analytics, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights.
- Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct competitor research and stay updated with industry trends.
Requirements Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in e commerce management or online sales. Hands on experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Daraz, or other marketplaces. Strong understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and analytics tools. Excellent leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
