𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝙎𝙄𝙏𝙀, 𝙎𝙪𝙥𝙚𝙧 𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙬𝙖𝙮, 𝙉𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙂𝙪𝙡𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙣-𝙚-𝙈𝙖𝙮𝙢𝙖𝙧, 𝙆𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise all Quality Control activities related to the Back Process, including Weaving and Dyeing.
-Ensure in-process and final fabric inspections are conducted according to customer specifications and company quality standards.
-Monitor fabric quality parameters including shade variation, GSM, width, defects, shrinkage, color fastness, and appearance.
-Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Coordinate with Weaving, Dyeing, Production, and Technical teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
-Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality management systems, and customer requirements.
-Analyze quality data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports.
-Lead, train, and mentor the QC team to achieve departmental KPIs and quality objectives.
-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and fabric rejection.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
-Strong knowledge of Weaving and Dyeing quality standards and textile inspection procedures.
-Hands-on experience with fabric testing, quality assurance systems, and defect analysis.
-Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
