Uniworth a leading Men’s wear brand is looking for a Deputy Manager Admin

Responsibilities:

• To ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Repair & Maintenance includes (Electrical, Sanitary, Generators, Wood work, Glass Work, Filtration Plant, Sewerage System, Fire work System, and other Building Renovation)
• To coordinate with Govt. and Semi Govt. Departments like (EOBI, Social Security, WAPDA, PTCL, QIE, WASA, Excise and Taxation, etc.)
• To supervise Gate Pass System.
• House Keeping, Office Expense Monitoring, Utility Bill Processing and Gate Keeping etc.
• To assist Admin Manager to maintain record and control office accessories, Stationeries, Janitorial Items and other General Items.
• To control and check on staff refreshment and other kitchen items
• To implement Office rules and make sure all staff obey above rules.
• To resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• To provide information by answering questions and requests.
• To maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Responsible for coordinating meetings and conferences.
• To complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
