Management Staff Required
| Position/s | Requirements |
| Deputy Registrar / Assistant Registrar | Master’s degree in Management, Administration, Public Policy, or a related field from a recognized institution with at least 7-9 years of Senior Level Administration and Implementation experience at a University Level. Prior experience with accreditation bodies, compliance management, and armed forces administration is highly desirable. Candidate must have advanced communication skills (both verbal and written) for effective correspondence. High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools. Expertise in drafting and policy formulation will be a plus point. |
| Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Purchase) | Master’s degree from a recognized university with minimum 7-9 years of procurement experience. Ideal candidate must have knowledge about managing procurement needs, vendor coordination, reporting, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. Strong negotiation and communication skills with proficiency in procurement processes and vendor management is necessary. |
| Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager (Library) | Masters in Library Sciences with minimum 7-9 years of relevant experience. Preferable experience in Universities / Educational institutions. |
| Sr. Officer HR | MBA HR with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and other HR policies. Good interpersonal and communication skills. |
| Academic Coordinator | Master’s degree (MBA/M.Com) with minimum 2-3 years of academic coordination experience at the university level. The candidate must be capable of providing a wide range of services to both faculty and students. Excellent communication skills (written-spoken) and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential. |
| Admission Officer | Masters with minimum 1-2 years of experience must be able to manage student inquiries, guide applicants through the admission process, and support enrollment targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a student-focused mindset, and the ability to handle admissions documentation and coordination efficiently. |
| Help Desk Officer | Masters with minimum 2-3 years of experience who can handle student and visitor inquiries, manage applications, coordinate with different departments, and maintain records with confidentiality. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently. |
| Officer Participant Affairs | Masters degree with minimum 2-3 years of experience student affairs related to sports, clubs, societies, curricular and co-curricular events. |
