Position: Sales Coordinator,
Experience required: 1 to 2 years in Sales and Marketing, Education: BBA or equivalent. Good computer skills and Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales team for day to day sales activities, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Data entry in ERP, including entry of sales orders as well as other tasks. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material & documents.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Store and sort data in electronic form and present reports.
- Identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
- Liaison with other departments in the company as well as clients.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
