Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and manage our sales operations across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
Ensure effective execution of trade marketing and promotional activities within the region.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges impacting sales.
Requirements:
Proven experience 5 years in a Sales Manager or RSM role, preferably in FMCG.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze data, market trends, and implement strategic actions.
