We are currently recruiting for Trade Marketing Manager for our office based in Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Regular field touring for providing training and on the job coaching to the merchandising team.
- Development of annual merchandising plans/calendar in line with brand plans
- To ensure timely dispatch and proper utilization of POP material as per the plan-o-grams and merchandising guidelines.
- Ensure budget utilization in the most efficient and effective manner to get the maximum mileage and high brand image through the money spent.
- Planning and execution of outdoor signage on yearly and quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with the field sales management for in-store and on-store shop signs.
- Ordering and execution of all BTL activity with proper and updated inventory management filing system and maintenance follow-up.
- Arrangements of all domestic and international exhibitions and sponsorships.
- Co-ordinate and identify the suitable resources/ agencies and get budget approvals for third party promotional activities.
- Ensuring the field force ownership of all BTL activities by working closely and in consultation with them.
Qualification: MBA in Marketing or relevant field.
Experience:
Minimum 07-08 years of proven experience as Assistant Marketing Manager or similar role.
Candidates having experience in FMCG would be preferred.
