We Are HIRING Assistant MANAGER TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager – Training & Development to design and deliver impactful training programs across our retail and factory teams. The role focuses on enhancing employee performance, driving service excellence, and building a culture of continuous learning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and execute monthly training modules for all employees, with specific focus on retail sales staff performance, service excellence, and product knowledge.
- Create a standardized training curriculum for each job function, ensuring relevance and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with department heads, factory and commercial team to identify training needs, performance gaps, and staff development priorities.
- Deliver classroom, on-the-job, e-learning, and virtual training sessions using modern training techniques and tools.
- Ensure all employees receive at least one targeted training per month, maintaining training logs and participation records.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback surveys, post-training assessments, and performance tracking.
- Support the onboarding and induction programs for new hires across departments.
- Drive a learning culture within the organization and ensure compliance with training policies and standards.
- Liaise with external vendors, training partners, or consultants for specialized training when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of training materials, SOPs, and compliance-related training sessions.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a training role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering training programs in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites including retail outlets and factory locations as required.
