WE’RE HIRING Executive – Internal Audit
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – Internal Audit to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in evaluating internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies, identifying operational risks, and supporting process improvements to strengthen organizational efficiency and accountability.
Qualification Required: MBA or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (ACCA, ICMA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
Experience Required: 4-5 Years experience. At least 2-3 Years in similar capacity
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits according to the approved audit plan.
- Review financial, operational, and compliance processes to ensure adherence to company policies.
- Identify control weaknesses, operational risks, and areas for process improvement.
- Drafted high-impact audit reports for senior management detailing critical deficiencies and corrective actions.
- Verify compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Analyze financial records, inventory, and operational data for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversaw vendor pre-qualification and import procurement cycles to ensure contract transparency and savings.
- Maintain proper documentation of audit work and findings.
- Coordinate with various departments to obtain required information and resolve audit observations.
- Led financial and operational audits across all departments to strengthen internal controls and stop leakages.
