Trax Online looking for a Human Resource Manager who will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
1-Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
2-Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
3-Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
4-Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1-Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2-Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3-Managing the recruitment and selection process with Talent Team.
4-Supporting current and future business need through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5-Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
6-Nurturing a positive working environment.
7-Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance with- IT the development team.
8-Monitoring KPIs M-1 grade.
9-Maintaining pay plan and benefits.
10-Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
11-Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
12-Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
13-Handling Grievances cases and retention.
14-Implementing HR Policies and Rules and Regulations.
Ensuring implementation of paperless environment and digitalizing manual process.
Requirements and skills
1-Proven working experience as HR Manager or Deputy Manager.
2-People-oriented and results-driven.
3-Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
4-Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5-Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6-Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8-In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
9-Degree in Human Resources or related field.
