Trax Online a leading tech-based logistics company, is looking for a highly experienced Head of Technology Sales to lead our sales team in selling IT services to freelance platforms and agencies. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Responsibilities:
1-Build, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
2-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with freelance platforms, agencies, and other potential clients.
3-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
4-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives.
5-Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
6-Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
1-Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2-5+ years of sales experience in the IT services industry.
3-2+ years of experience managing a sales team.
4-Strong understanding of freelance platforms, agencies, and other potential clients.
5-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6-Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
7-Ability to think strategically and develop effective sales strategies.
8-Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
