Transworld Associates is looking for a skilled ‘Executive Procurement’ professional to join our team in Islamabad!
What We’re Looking For:
-3-5 years in IT sourcing, procurement, or vendor management, with expertise in SAP MM Module, licensing, and vendor management.
-Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba preferred.
-Master’s degree in business administration or related field.
-SAP or relevant certification (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) is a plus.
-Strong knowledge of SAP MM Module.
-Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
-Familiarity with contract management, RFIs, RFPs, and procurement systems.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
-Strong understanding of IT procurement processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage IT procurement processes (software, hardware, cloud, SAP services).
-Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with IT and business goals.
-Lead RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, and maintain a vendor database, especially for SAP.
-Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Legal to define requirements and contracts.
-Negotiate vendor terms, track performance, and ensure cost savings.
-Manage contract lifecycle, ensuring SLAs, payments, and renewals are met.
-Support IT procurement budgeting and ensure compliance with policies.
