Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree in Business, Law or Supply Chain
Experience: 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Job Description:

  • Review, draft and negotiate both buy and sell side agreements and other legal documents
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders to avoid potential financial risks
  • Ensures the robust completion of projects and renewal contracts and the management of approval processes for the same within governance guidelines
  • Tracks and manages contract expiry ensuring renewal processes are timely initiated while engaging the relevant stakeholders
  • Manage the licenses issuance and renewal, ensuring compliance with commercial governance
  • Responsible for maintaining, updating and archiving files and records relevant to contractual documentation including critical correspondences and communications
    Required Skills:
  • Understands basic contracting principles
  • Self-motivated individual with good teamwork skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
