Position: Sales Manager
Job Requirements:
Education: MBA Marketing or Higher
Experience: 5 Years – 2 years on a managerial level or similar role.
Location: Sukkur (On-Site)
Job Responsibilities:
Create & Manage sales/sales team, sales planning, marketing & sales admin teams.
Achieve assigned monthly targets.
Communicate with target audiences to help organize market research.
Work closely with employees in all functions, such as Customer Relations, Service, Parts & T-Sure.
Review and analyze the monthly reports and suggest countermeasures.
Coordinate with IMC regional office to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise/Advise people towards improvisation. Act as Kaizen Promoter.
Train personnel on as and when basis and suggest TNA.
Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Monitor competitor’s activities.
Realize marketing and sales human resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing actions; enforcing policies and procedures of principal company.
Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
