Toyota Indus Motor Company Limited Jobs ATL PLE (Air Compressors):
We are hiring for the position of ATL – PLE (Air Compressors)
Qualifications:
-DAE (Mechanical/Electrical)
-5-6 years of strong mechanical and electrical skills with demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of compressors, a wide variety of industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics
-Large air compressor experience strongly desired
-Able to work independently with strong self-management and professionalism
-Able to complete work within assigned deadlines
Responsibilities include:
-Perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on oil-injected and oil-free air compressors.
-PM as per manufacturer’s recommendations (with regards to schedule and scope)
-Troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning compressors, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and perform repairs as suggested by diagnostics and assessment.
-Responsible to test and document the proper operating parameters of the compressor.
-Clean, lubricate, and adjust equipment, and replace filters and gaskets, using hand tools.
-Monitor meters and pressure gauges to determine consumption rate variations, temperatures, and pressures.
-Periodic check of all accessory systems on compressors
-Maintain monthly reports on maintenance checks
