WE ARE HIRING INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER – KNITTED GARMENTS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive factory-wide productivity, efficiency and cost improvement
- Manage line balancing, capacity planning, SMV/SAM and line layouts
- Monitor production, hourly targets, efficiency and bottlenecks
- Reduce overtime, WIP, wastage, process time and changeover time
- Optimize manpower, machinery and material utilization
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, VSM and QCO
- Support pre-production planning, costing, buyer audits and cross-functional coordination
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Textile Engineering
- 10–15 years’ relevant experience in knitted garments
- Strong knowledge of CPM, CM, Line Cost, Efficiency and Target Calculations
- Hands-on experience in Operation Bulletin and Capacity Planning
- Proven track record of achieving production, quality and shipment targets
