Fee Bill, Record & Recovery Officer
Location: TMUC Bahria Springs, Rawalpindi Campus
TMUC Bahria Springs Campus is seeking a competent and result-oriented professional for the position of Fee Bill, Record & Recovery Officer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing student fee billing, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Master’s degree in Finance
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in fee management, accounts receivable, recovery, or finance-related roles
Strong command financial record-keeping and reporting
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management systems
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and issuance of student fee bills
Maintenance of accurate fee records and reconciliation
Monitoring outstanding dues and ensuring timely recoveries
Coordination with students and parents regarding fee matters
Preparation of recovery reports for management review
Ensuring compliance with institutional financial policies
