Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new clients for air, sea, and land freight services through calls, visits, and networking
- Understand customer needs, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution
- Maintain client follow-ups and submit regular sales reports
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and ensure compliance with TAQ security guidelines
