The Smart School is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at Head Office, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, adapt, review and regularly update progression grids, lesson plans, resource packs, assessments, and other academic deliverables aligned with approved textbooks.
- Carry out comprehensive book and curriculum reviews, staying updated with various publishers and the latest educational materials.
- Conduct and facilitate both onsite and online training sessions, deliver model lessons, develop training materials, and prepare evaluation reports.
- Conduct classroom observations to provide constructive feedback to teachers and school heads, identifying subject-related gaps to implement remedial actions.
- Introduce innovative teaching techniques and integrate educational technology effectively into the curriculum.
- Develop subject-specific action plans while keeping abreast of and ensuring strict compliance with relevant board policies.
- Maintain comprehensive data, logs, and records of all training and academic activities.
- Travel for onsite training and new school setup as required.
